Floors 4-9 will be Section-8 housing. This will allow the people with such a voucher to find an affordable, and high quality place to live in. The rent will include all utilities with exception of telephone and television. The tenant will be required telephone to reach them if there should be an issue that requires their attention.
The tenant will be prompted to setup a digital key on their smartphone, or be provided with a key fob for a $50 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned when the bring the key fob back in functional and gently used condition. Obviously, every year, a Section-8 inspector will be required to inspect their unit. This should go without saying, but if there are any issues, the tenant is responsible for bringing it to the manager’s attention.
